Just another day in the life.....

This blog is getting no loveL I need to be better at writing things out so I can simply remember what I am doing. The girls are with Aunt K this week for spring break and big daddy and myself have no idea what to do with each other now that the kids are gone. What do you do when your kids are gone? (let’s keep it PG folks!) Today is also my last day of work until next Monday, can I get an AMEN!?!?! I am thrilled to say the least. I have also started to take a look at the upcoming work for my next class ENGL 1054 and I am totally overwhelmed. If you are reading this I am sure you can see that I am not much of a writer so this class seems a little daunting to me. I am sure it will be fine it just may take me a little while to get all the work done. We are also getting geared up for Big Daddy’s graduation on May 7^th. I am so very proud of him for sticking with school and doing so well. Now to start the next chapter of his journey and finish the next degree. I have no doubt he will do wonderfully and end up with an A+ for a GPA! The boy is the brains in the family and the girls are the lookers. I have no idea what I am, they just keep me around because I tell them what to do! Hope you enjoy your Easter weekend and time with family, blessing to you and yours!

So.....

It went ok. I lived throught it and the girls did not tie Big Daddy up and destory the house so all in all I would say it was a good night. Now I just have what seems like a million more to go. I am going to have to stop stressing for sure or I will never make it. As Big Daddy says take it one class at a time. I think I can do that, I just need to pace myself. My problem is I am ready to be done.....to graduate and not have homework. I hated homework when I was 10 and I still do. Oh well such is life, I need to put on my big girl panties and suck it up!

I did get a sweet card from the family when I opened up my notebook last night. It really made my day and when I got home Lil Sis had left me a note, a bookmark, and some stickers. Just her sweet way of saying I love you Mom. I snuck in her room to give her a goodnight kiss and she woke up to give me a big hug. Such a sweet end to a really long day:)
